Why is Open Table still allowing reservations for a place that is closed “indefinitely” according to the owners? We got there and were greeting with nothing but a Closed sign. Such a shame poor management ruined such a nice, romantic restaurant.

The restaurant was closed when we got there for our reservation? But I could still make reservations for other times that evening? I understand things do come up, however, I do not recall receiving a call or email to notify me that they would be close for the evening which would have been appreciated.

We booked using the Open Table app (it showed they were open), we even checked the website (it showed as open). When we arrived, there was a sign on the door saying closed. We did not get to eat.

I made reservations for my daughter’s birthday dinner and when we arrived the restaurant was closed. We were never informed they were closed and we drove from Pickerington. Very disappointed. Somehow this needs updated on your site, because it still gives the option to makes reservations

Showed up at 8PM for an 8 PM reservation on Saturday January 15 and the doors were locked, restaurant was dark. Apparently they permanently closed 3 days earlier but didn't notify Open Table. Others were there at the same time for their reservation. Fortunately Z Cucina di Spirito had openings and had a wonderful dinner there - highly recommend!

The restaurant was closed but open table allowed me to make a reservation. I showed up for my dinner and was met with a dark restaurant and locked doors. Very disappointed that open table allowed me to make a reservation and never notified me of a change.
