   This was my second time here at the Hen Quarter in Alexandria. The food here is absolutely amazing! The service has been great as well. I can’t recommend this place enough. Definitely choose this location over their DC location as they are two completely different experiences.

   Hosting staff needed to communicate better. Waited 35mims for a reservation table while walk in were seated first.

   The food was excellent. The service was average at best. We were also charged for cornbread that they ran out of so we never received.

   Our waiter made our experience an amazing one. The menu had changed and the selections they use to have had moved off the buffet menu. We were disappointed the buffet menu food wasn't that great. Overall had a great time!

   Overall it was just ok.. chicken orders not good very dry and overcooked :-( charbroiled Brussels sprouts taste BURNT !! I been here before food was good, service was too but on this day 2 thumbs down!!! Waitress gave us wrong check 2x

   The cornbread and fried chicken were our favorites. Collard greens and MAC & cheese were delicious as well. Great customer service and the food was served quickly.

   Better value for the money. Had brunch there on a Sunday. Had reservations for 2pm. Didn't get seated until after 2:30 and there were open tables when we were taken upstairs. I had the French Toast and a side of grits. $17 for four slices of bread with a little fruit on top is pretty expensive. The grits were really good but not $8 good for the small portion. They do have a $32 option for all you can eat but I full with what I had so probably would not take that option at that price. I had ChatGPT create a list of 5 brunch locations within a 15 minute drive of my apartment so going through the list. Will not return.

    Everything was amazing. The food was flavorful & customer service was the best I’ve ever had in the DMV. Lizbeth was our server and she was superb.
