Food, generally, was very tasty. Walleye was quite greasy. It took a long time to get 2 meals in a relatively slow time. We waited over 1/2 hr for food after ordering. Service was great. Being quite alone in the room we were in. Hadn't been to Hell's Kitchen for many years. It may be another few until I return.

There was a terrible backup in the kitchen. It took over an hour for our food to come. Our wItresss was scatttered and was delivering drinks we did not order. I was concerned she forgot our order. When the food came, part was hot and part was ice cold. I know it was Easter but something was seriously wrong.
Hell's Kitchen MinneapolisResponded 2 days ago
Thanks for the feedback, Carol. We're truly sorry for the delays and mix-ups during your visit. We understand that the service was not up to par and the food quality wasn't satisfactory. We're taking your comments seriously and will work on improving these aspects. We hope to serve you better in the future.

We made a reservation l for Easter Brunch. I'd say it was crowded/busy. However, there were some empty seats and there was not a line out the door. We arrived between 12:30 and 1. I'll spoil the ending and say that we enjoyed the food and the Hell-themed ambiance, and we'd come again. Good: Huevos Rancheros lived up to the hype! Chipotle Chicken Tacos were good, as were the burger and fries. Porridge was ordered by one member of our party who was served early as they had to leave. 4/5 of us got dessert. Our server was very attentive when able. Could Have Used Improvement: Our server, who was attentive when able to get to us, seemed like the proverbial one-armed paperhanger. From what we could see, they were short- staffed. Orders took too long to come out of the kitchen (one item was comped). Also, an order for Irish Coffee seemed vexing. You Should Also Know: There was live music (for part of our meal). Overall: $170 for brunch for 5 including tax & tip. We all agreed we'd come again. Food quality was very good overall.

Today we chose the lemon ricotta pancakes and the double peanut butter burger so that we could share. Both were amazing and the drinks were awesome as well. The Bloody Mary is just the right amount of spice. Great service and enjoyable live music.

Food was wonderful, loved the bar area with live music. The music was perfect for a Sunday brunch. Service was a little slow but it was a holiday so I’ll give the benefit of the doubt. Bloody/mimosa bar felt like a must and it was worth it
