   The service and food are unlike anything else in Vegas! Ask for Jade to be your server and she will not disappoint!

   Very difficult finding a route in for a wheelchair user in our party. We were running late so two of our party ran ahead to claim the table. The restaurant manager directed us to help the wheelchair user unaware that this route was in fact closed off and having routine maintenance. He said he would look after us after all the inconvenience. That was the last we saw or heard from him. The server started off well making food recommendations but then when it came to our original 2 hour table slot unaware that we were delayed arriving at our table by 40mins due to the access issues that it felt rushed. Like we were over our time limit due to no fault of ours. Twice my wife was still eating her desert and twice the server attempted to just take it away. Then when we were eventually ready to leave. The server was nowhere to be seen and it took forever and not made clear how we pay the bill. As soon as we said we were not going to be leaving a tip due to no further acknowledgement from the manager and due to the poor service at the end, the attitude of the server changed immediately and we felt like it was our fault. This was a sad end to our visit as so much hype and enthusiasm after what was a delicious plate of food. Just lacking that extra bit of customer service. Gordon would not be proud on how his fellow Englishman were treated I’m sure. Not sure we’d return after this experience sadly. Which is a shame when the food and drink exceeded our expectations.

   Overall, food was great. Wellington was excellent. Potatoes were cold. Scallops were good. Desert was meh. Service was average. Very personable young man, but not attentive to details. Very loud atmosphere.

   Dining at Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas was absolutely incredible! From the moment we walked in, we were treated to impeccable service — every staff member was friendly, attentive, and made sure our experience was nothing short of perfect. The food was beyond amazing. Every dish was crafted with such precision and flavor that it felt like a true celebration of fine dining. The Beef Wellington lived up to its legendary reputation, and every course, from appetizers to dessert, was unforgettable. You could truly taste the passion and expertise behind every bite. The atmosphere captured the excitement of the show while maintaining an elegant, welcoming vibe. It’s an experience that exceeds all expectations. I can’t wait to come back and would recommend Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas to anyone looking for a top-tier dining

   First time at Hells kitchen and I have to say it will not be my last. The food was incredible. The service was amazing and the atmosphere with everything I hope for.

   Lobster Risotto was amazing. Beef Wellington was very good. Lamb chops: Large double cut. Comes in a pair of two. The first was absolutely wonderful the most tender piece of lamb ever. Unfortunately the second was well done (ordered Medium Rare). The refire took way too long. Fortunately, the first one was enough for one meal and we took the refired ones home for a second meal! Sticky toffee pudding was very good . George the waiter was great. Very knowledgeable and anticipated our needs. As far as parking: valet is very convenient, but be prepared to pay $50 on Saturday night.

    Been a fan of Chef Ramsey since I was a little girl, so when I planned a bday trip to Vegas I had to come here! Food was great, drinks were awesome & service is even better!!! I forgot the name of our waiter but he was a young gentleman with tattoos on his neck,very friendly & knowledgeable. Only thing I could say I did not like at all was , unfortunately the beef Wellington. For my taste buds, it tasted like boiled meat with no flavor, just way too bland. I would have been happier getting a regular filet mignon. Otherwise, everything was spectacular!
