   I have eaten here before when staying at the Hilton. This time, there was only one server; it took a while to be waited on, and for the food to come out.

   My reservation was not honored and the food and beverage manager wanted me to change the reservation time and prepay for our entire party. I have left several messages for the General Manager of the hotel and the Operations Manager and neither of them have returned my messages. I would not recommend this hotel or restaurant to anyone.

   I CANNOT BELIEVE YOU HAVE THIS AS AN OPTION! There was literally NO ONE in the restaurant! It was completely empty!!! I went to the front desk and they were like oh well, people ARE working...I said I’m not sitting in a completely empty restaurant as the only customer. NO signage, we walked around for 20 minutes looking for a restaurant that said the name. STUPID STUPID STUPID situation! Take them OFF your site.

   Although Open Table was informed they were closed for a private party, the manager still seated us and waited on us his self. He was very nice, service was fantastic and food was astronomical!

   The menu is uneventful. Instead of serving a basket of bread they come by and dole it out one little piece at a time. We had to ask for the second piece. Nothing bad per se, it's just an uneventful food experience.

   Very disappointed in our thanksgiving experience at the Hilton. The Heirloom Kitchen was not even open, despite reservations being taken on Open Table. We were seated by the Hilton in their Thanksgiving Buffet in their banquet rooms, however my family was placed in the back where the sun was shining directly in faces and our table linens were dirty. The food was sub par and the buffet choices were limited. The overall experience was marred by the poor service, the smoking of the staff out on the balcony, and the inflated cost of the dinner.

   Hello Anonymous, Please accept our sincere apologies for this highly unusual lapse in service. Our brunch guests have every right to expect that the buffet be fully stocked, top notice service, and a comfortable seating location. We are really disappointed to hear that this was not the case during your visit.
