We are a small family owned boutique hotel, kitchen, bar and heated terrace close to the centre of Inverness. Our focus is on providing stylish surrounds by day and night with an abundance of great food and drink, both sourced from local suppliers and independent breweries. Our Scottish chefs work with local producers to create a menu that combines contemporary small bites with hearty home cooked dishes. We are a dog friendly hotel allowing your four legged friends to join you in our back bar or heated terrace.

Overall we all had a pleasant experience. Only criticism was that the bean burger was slightly dry - could have done with coleslaw included as a side

Had a fantastic lunch there... Wide choice on menu, staff were cheerful and very customer focused... Nothing was of any trouble for the staff... Cost of meal was very acceptable and standard of food and presentation was exceptional.. Would highly reccomend to anyone and will definitely be dining there again

Very rude staff was told to hurry up and order as the kitchen closed at 2.30 we were not told this on booking. As when we booked through open table we booked for 2.30 then I got a phone call from a gentleman say could we come for 2.15 that was fine but he didn’t say why then the girl rushed us to choose and was very rude about umbrella going up as I asked her politely as it was hot

The staff were very helpful considering our online booking didn't work!. Quickly sorted us a table even though it was busy and the good was delicious.

I picked this place specifically for its venison dinner on the menu. It was wonderful. I wish I had a bigger stomach for appetizers! Those looked so good as well. The wait staff were very pleasant and patient, letting me stay while they set up for breakfast. I could tell the other guests were also having an excellent time. I had the Ferraro Roche ice cream they probably made in house. It was all very nice and Instagram worthy. I document my food and travel endeavors @frenchrikku. Very impressed. You should definitely eat here.

Restaurant was busy for a Sunday evening. Both bars also busy so lots of atmosphere. Menu was varied, food tasty and good value( our table was next to a closed door - not ideal as door was unattractive, could have been cleaned up and disguised better, but relatively minor point) Service was friendly - all in all an enjoyable evening.
