   One of the best burger and fries I've ever had. The fact that other people in the reviews are saying that Bleeker is better astonishes me, this place is light years ahead of Bleeker. And the value is incredible, you're essentially paying Five Guys prices. I won't be going to Borough Market for food anymore, if I'm in the area then I'm eating here.

   Meat very heavy, not seasoned, very precious on sauce. Cheese lacked sharp edge. Overall very disappointing compared to Black Bear or Bleeker or other high end burgers

   Took the kids. Really delicious. Loved the burgers and fries. Matching wines were good too. Friendly staff who were really helpful with the kids’ picky requests. Only slightly let down by the fiddly ordering handsets which caused them a few issues.

   Best burgers and fries in London. The service was amazing (which is a rarity these days). Will definitely be back.

   Had high expectations of Heard. due to the chef. The Heard. burger was excellent, as were the fries and the beers. Unfortunately the Not So Boring burger was the definition of a gimmick, with a mouthful of caviar dumped on top adding no real flavour. The cheese fries were also overpowering and solidified quickly. Staff were attentive but seemed to continuously miss the mark, noting orders down wrong and fumbling with bills. The restaurant itself is a little peculiar, styled more like a brunch spot, but with food served on plastic trays. Overall we didn't have a bad meal here, but struggled to work out when we would come back. It has a lot of potential but isn't quite there yet.

   Very, very good burger, one of the best I've had outside the US. Very friendly service. More a place you'd go to refuel rather than hang out, but very good for that.

   First time eating here. Would recommend it.....superb burgers ...on par with best burger joints around London. Would be good if burger was a bit bigger Either way will Def be coming back

   Best smash burgers (well they are from a 2 starred Michelin chef - and you can tell). Services was super friendly and quick. Definitely worth going to.

    Burgers are great and the wine pairings are excellent. Not loads of choice but this keeps it simple and easy and makes for a low stress dining experience. They are struggling with their service but I think it is just initial teething problems - as I had to wait quite a while to be seated, and it periodically felt like we'd been forgotten about. Also it would be useful to see the receipt before paying it but I think these things will get ironed out fairly quickly.
