Everything was wonderful till the bill came… we were a party of 4 and the server added gratuity without mentioning to me so I added another 20%. By the time I saw my mistake, we were already back at the hotel. The server was great but not $65 tip great! It was my own error but she just stood there and kept smiling at us and watched us until we left which i found odd until i checked my bill. I think honesty would have gone a long way…

The food was incredible!! We got the gator bites, seafood platter, and crawfish Mac n cheese. Would highly recommend all of them!

I was very pleased about the amount of food and drink that you get. I got the fried half chicken with green beans and mac and cheese and my plate was cooked to perfection. The chicken was cooked all the way but still most. The green beans were seasoned well. The crème sauce added the right amount of flare to the entire meal. I even sent a picture to my family and told them that they must visit Headquarters the next time they come to NOLA.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Staff was very friendly, environment was pleasant and authentic to NOLA. Fast service and fantastic food. Went twice on our 3 day trip and recommended to anyone who asked where they should eat. Don’t pass on the dessert, bread pudding and beignets were both the best ever!!

The waitress was top tier and esthetics were great! However, the portion sizes were small and the drinks weren’t strong. I spent $100 and $65 were in drinks and I was NOT tipsy or buzzed.

Food and service were great! It wasn’t busy so we basically had the whole place to ourselves. You can’t go wrong with anything but I absolutely recommend the smothered catfish and oxtails.
