   1- reservation was confirmed on 2/5 and they never called me to confirm as of 2/13 so I called the restaurant and it went to voicemail that filled 2- went by the restaurant on 2/14 and found that restaurant was closed down for at least a month. 3- stuck without a reservation for Valentines Day at 1:00pm, thanks to all involved. Open Table sent a update at 6pm and asked for a review at 8pm, comical. Maybe Open Table can update their restaurants from time to time to avoid this kind of thing. Ended up going to a place called The Common on 36th and Market, it was a great find

   The restaurant was closed when we arrived, for "inclement weather" that apparently no one else in Philadelphia noticed. They claim they tried to notify us, but we got no such warning.

   This review is for Open Table, not Haute Restaurant! Twice in the last 30 days Open Table has messed up my plans! First, we made reservations for New Years Eve only to be called by the restaurant the next day to tell us the time we choose was not availale! Restayrant was closed so we could not even call them to correct this mistake and lost the opportunity to go there. Second!! We made reservations at Haute only to find the restaurant completely closed when we arrived!!! You all at Open Table need to get it together!! Sorry, but I will not be using this app again!

   I wish there was an option to have “not applicable”. I made the reservation and then I read all the reviews. I was a little leery so I also had back up plans. Good thing I did. They called me about three hours before the reservation to say that they had a private party and could I come later. We were going before the Nutcracker so I could not come later. Not sure if I will ever try to go there or not!

   I tried to call for two days at various times only to get an answering machine. I left one message requesting a call back to discuss the location of the restaurant as every map service was unclear. Never heard back from them. Furthermore, traffic was horrendous so we ended up being late (I tried to call 10 minutes before the time of the reservation -answering machine again). We had theater tickets that night so we ended up going someplace else. So we never went to Haute and I question how important they feel customers are to their business.

   We will not return. The food was not prepared as described in the menu. While our server was pleasant she did not ask if we wanted drinks or dessert. It was very dark with way too many TV screens

   The drink menu was limited. They ran out of napkins. We had to ask for utensils for each course. The noise level was too loud because of the event that was going on at the same time. This was restaurant week. Either have the event or have restaurant week, but not at the same time. The lighting was poor. The table candle was being brought to our table as we were leaving. There was no regular menu. What if we didn't want the restaurant week menu. One positive was that the food wasn't bad

   We went for restaurant week. For some reason they decide to have an event during restaurant week. Only 3 tables were actually being used to people having dinner. The rest of the place was used for the event. The music was super loud. I could barely hear the waitress or my fiancé across the table. The food we received was delicious but the amount was definitely not worth the cost. This was a one and done place for me.

   We had reservations but were not seated on time. That may have been understandable if the restaurant was packed, but there were only about 5 tables occupied. When the hostess finally seated us, she did so at a table that still had the dirty dishes from the previous diners, complete with shrimp tails and everything! Needless to say, we walked out.

    We had reservations for Restaurant Week. I called approximately an hour before to confirm validated parking and the reservation. Once we arrived the hostess (who was clueless) told us there was private event and we could not be seated. We explained we have a reservation and she said there was nothing she could do. We then asked for a manager, 10 mins later hostess is back, no manager! We ask for the manager again, hostess wonders off for another five mins and we decided to just leave. This was very frustrating. Especially after driving around for 30mins for parking. Black owned restaurants, we have to do better
