   There was a black 8-10” long hair in my son’s ice cream. I handed it back and it was replaced but still off putting and even a small discount for this would have been an acknowledgment instead of the poor hygiene just being ignored.

   Great service, with delicious treats to enjoy. I was extremely happy to see a new menu which included lots of savoury items so now I can go in and not only enjoy a dessert but a full meal.

   Daughter's birthday treat, they enjoyed their food. Very quick service, we're in and out within 40mins. Appeared rushed. Did say the cutlery was a bit dirty and waiter spilled juice on them also. Portions small for what is priced but they enjoyed the flavours of mocktails.

   The desserts were lovely, really tasty. The service was lacking and impersonal. We were sat for about 20 mins before we placed an order. Our order arrived wrong but was rectified quickly. We asked for the bill and then sat there a long time and finally had to chase someone down to pay it as the guy never came back. Even with a groupon, I feel it was overpriced. £12 for a slice of cake is pretty steep and my daughter got fruits of the forest lemonade which was £7.50. Definitely a 1 off treat.

   Slow service and uninterested staff. Took 45 minutes to bring water to our table of 4 then only brought 3 glasses. Wasn't attentive while noting our food order so the wring order came out. Wasn't worth waiting to have it corrected. Luckily had a Groupon voucher as would be disappointed paying full price.

   Awesome my 80 year old mother adored the atmosphere and food and drinks thank you for reserving a window seat much appreciated as requested

   Absolutely loved our visit. This was our first time and what an amazing place this is. The decor is gorgeous, the sun being out helped too, as did sitting by the window. The desserts were amazing. I bake myself and these were top notch. I have never tasted waffles so light, it was as if I were eating clouds. It was so good, I wanted to lick my plate…I didn’t though! 🤭

   We felt that the service could have been better. Eg getting a teaspoon with our teas. A saucer for the tea bag would have been good also.

   Great service. Nice outlook. Brunch very good and when we had an issue it was dealt with promptly and without fuss. Didn’t have any cakes but they looked fab

    Second time visiting and the food was fresh and delicious. We opted for brunch. My only disappointment was my fried eggs were well down rather than runny as requested. That aside, I will definitely go back.
