   Such an incredible experience! The chef kept our 3 + 5 year old kiddos very entertained. We will definitely be back!

   Food was very good but were disappointed as we were looking forward to sitting around a teppanyaki plate / show. It was just a normal table and didn’t realise as we thought it was a teppanyaki place. Please be aware there are normal tables and teppanyaki tables. Food portions were quite small for the cost.

   Host staff was extremely rude. Our booking was for 7pm and we did arrive early at 6:40pm. Host said our table was not ready to which I asked if we could have one of the many empty tables to which he said no. I asked why to which he responded the restaurant was full. Having a special needs child with me we than sat out the front of the restaurant for 20 minutes to then be sat at one of the empty tables I had just asked about.

   Our family had an amazing experience celebrating a birthday. The staff are outstanding and food was unbelievable!

   Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent menu choice, and we had a very pleasant evening with our two grandchildren.

   The tepanyaki was amazing! We were a group of 5 kids and 6 adults at our table and our chef Ryu had us all amazed at his skills, laughing till we were in tears and enjoying some of the best Japanese food we’ve had (and we regularly eat Japanese food). This was an experience, not just a great dinner and has definitely been a highlight of a brilliant holiday to Qld. Thank you so much to the wonderful team at Hatsuhana!

   My family and I dined from the a la carte menu and loved the sushi and karaage chicken. A wonderful surprise was the fresh wasabi! Truly a delightful addition to the meal. The Teppanyaki show was also quite entertaining for the whole family, you could see from any area of the restaurant. We will be back to get the full Teppanyaki experience!

    Great food and entertainment from Chef Tatsu for our family of 8 (ranging in ages from 2 to 78). Kept us all intrigued for 2 hours.
