We waited 45 minutes to be seated, even though there were several empty tables. Then once seated, no service for another 30 minutes. We left and I don’t think they even noticed. There was only 1 server for the entire restaurant and she was suffering so we didn’t fuss. We were told they are closing soon and it seems like they have given up already.

We waited for 15 minutes for anyone on the staff to even acknowledge that we were at the hostess desk, rather than just walking by without saying a word. The party ahead of us eventually gave up. The several parties behind us were discussing doing the same.

They let us wait 20 minutes past our reservation time. And then told us that they could not take us. Offered a corner table and told us we would have to wait that 30 people get served before taking our order. We loved the food here and I was hoping to have a final taste before they close. Too bad. Beyond disappointed.

The sushi was fresh and a great presentation. It was an authentic family owned business. We enjoyed our dinner.

I dined with my family including two kids under 11 yrs old. We did have to wait a little longer than we are used to at other venues. However good things come to those who wait - the food was delicious, the soup the sashimi, tempura, sushi rolls. We had a very filling and pleasant dinner. I highly recommend.

very limited wine choices- only had Chardonnay as a white wine. Service was very slow. We were there for 30 minutes before they took our order. Food was good though, and the location is close to Santa Clara Mission.
