   Wonderful service and food! The specialty rolls are so worth the price. The crazy dragon roll is the coolest roll I've ever seen. Can't wait to go back and try more!

   I ate there about 1-2 years ago and the food was great and the place was packed. This time the food was really bad, no people to speak of, and no heating, so they put a space heater at our table. I won't go back

   We were very disappointed. No one on the wait staff seemed to know who was doing what or what had been done. We were there for 10-15 minutes before we were offered water. The food was fine. Felt like a lunch place open for dinner.

   The sushi was excellent, the service was very slow. It took 20-25 minutes to get drinks and they lost the beer we ordered for another 10. We ordered another round and the drink was not the same as the first and the waitstaff argued with us that what we got the first time was wrong and the second one was the correct drink. The sushi was awesome and I can see getting it to go from there, but the service, particularly drink service was questionable at best. It was also very cold where we sat.

   Restaurant was not prepared for the Holiday rush. They were seatng walk-ins with 2s at a 4 top, wasting space. Then when all their reservations came in, they were left waiting while walk-in folks had been seated. They were understaffed. They left delivery/pick up drivers just waiting for food, with little to no communication to them (those folks are working too). They should have minimized their walk-in service to limit overflow and maintain reservations appropriately, instead of going for the cash grab of walk-ins. Also, if someone orders a "creme brulee" and you give them a frozen cheesecake you should be damned ashamed of yourself.

   There were 7 of us and they had a booth just the right size. Everyone had something different and seemed to enjoy their meal. The service was efficient and waiter was friendly. They didn’t mind giving us separate checks. The free parking in back is a rare find in Cherry Creek. Would definitely take the group back there again.

   Service was a little slow. Food was good. Could have skipped the dessert. All out of fried banana so went with the cheesecake. It came frozen with side of whipped cream topped with birthday cake sprinkles. Seemed odd. But not crazy about the frozen cheesecake most of all.

    This is the third time I have a eaten at Hazu. Our server was very nice, however there were only two other parties in the restaurant and service was extremely slow.
