The restaurant wasn’t open. The food was bland because the restaurant wasn’t open so zero got in my mouth. The noise level was quiet because no one was there The service was very slow because there was no wait or cooking staff in the building

We went to Hash House a go go a year ago.. LOVED It wanted to go back.. made reservations and received a email that they were not going to honor open table anymore.. I must have called 50 times and always got a recording that basically said.. HASH HOUSE A GOGO.. then hung up. tired and tried to get a person to answer so i could re book directly.. They need to fix that.. very un professional.. I really was looking forward to going. We come to Chicago once a year.. Very disappointed...

The restaurant ran out of majority of the food we ordered, which was salmon and red velvet pancakes. Also we were informed that the restaurant is closing and going out of business tomorrow. Today was their last day serving and were selling out of all the food.

Took 45-60 minutes before food for came out. No fun to wait that long for way breakfast food. All of the tables around us seemed bugged with the extended wait time. We had a reservation; told them name and open table reservation; they still tagged us a no-show on OT.

I loved the one in Vegas but this one had what seemed to be old, hard busquits, no rosemary stem in it? And my basic breakfast plates was great in Vegas, here totally sucked..bad taste and presentation

Went there to celebrate a friends bday for brunch. It was unseasonably hot that day and upon arrival I asked about the AC. The host said the AC was on but it couldn’t keep up with the doors that were up in front. I asked why don’t you shut the doors? No response. Well then put us in back. The heat was bad back there too As we sat there I noticed everyone around us was fanning themselves from the heat and many including everyone at my table was sweating. We went up to the vents and there was almost nothing coming out of them. If they are having problems on a hot day with the AC they should shut down until it’s resolved like other reputable restaurants would do.
