Harvey's is a classic bar and grill in Starkville, MS. The beautiful natural wood seating and booths give it a good atmosphere for you to relax and just enjoy yourself with a meal and a drink. This upscale restaurant has been around since 1982 and has developed a signature menu in that time. Carnell McGee is currently the head chef at Harvey's and has been since 1991. For lunch and dinner you can choose between sandwiches and burgers, house-made soups, chicken, wood-fired steak and ribs. There is also a Chef's selections menu that features some of the house favorite dishes, as well as a Harvey's Classics menu with some of the most popular dishes like the lemon pepper chicken and the marinated ribeye steak.

We really enjoyed eating at Harvey's while visiting Columbus, MS. The wait staff was excellent and the food was served hot and fresh.

Our server was great from beginning to end. The appetizers were delicious, The main meal was great and outstanding place to take anyone visiting this area

My husband and I ate dinner at Harvey's in Columbus as our treat for our 24th anniversary. The service was excellent! Friendly, courteous staff helped make our evening a night to remember. The meal was excellent. Our experience was perfect. We plan to return soon and often.

Our lunch was prompt and yummy. Enjoyed the food and the friendly service as well. The salads are fresh and glad they offer more green veggies now. Both entrees were cooked perfect, not over-salty at all. Thanks Harvey's, we look forward to our next visit.

Harvey ' s is consistently good. You know exactly what you're going to get when you go there. They have a good variety of choices on the menu and the service is always good, too!

A great place to have a conversation and a visit with friends. Food is always very filling and seasoned just right. Save room for their great bread pudding, large serving ideal for sharing .

Our server didn't speak very clearly and wasn't too enthusiastic about being at work. The appetizers were good. But, only one of the four entrées was really good. We had to wait for french fries for the three sandwiches. Which makes it difficult to enjoy your meal. Blackend catfish was outstanding!

My wife got the lemon pepper chicken and she could not eat it since it had a lot of salt and she is a diabetic. They replaced it with another one and it was delicious (prime rib). The manager came over to check on us a couple of times to make sure we were pleased with the food. We arrived about 20 minutes before our reservation and they had a table ready for us. Will go back there when we are in Columbus.
