   Our meal out at Harvester didn't get off to a great start when we were stood waiting at the door to be seated for almost 10 minute with two other tables (we and one other of which had booked). This set the tone for patchy service all night - sometimes it was very good (our first drinks came almost instantly), sometimes it was pretty useless (we had to ask twice for bowls for our salad, subsequent drinks were very slow, etc). In terms of the food, this was okay but it was more than double the cost of Hillfield Farm (just around the corner) and it definitely wasn't twice as good! As a result, I can't see us going back again soon...

   Service was brilliant, waiter was attentive but not over the top, however was a bit disappointed with the food.

   Had a lovely meal with friends We used a Groupon voucher so it was extremely good value The waitress was very pleasant & attentive to all our needs & even recommended how to have our steak cooked We had a really pleasant time & it us lovely now that you can book tables, so can avoid waiting around
