   We had a group of 8 for New Year’s Eve dinner. Our server Ishmael was friendly and attentive, bringing refills on sodas without asking and checking in often. The food was excellent from the bread plate through dessert. Love dining at the Hotel Hershey!

   Always a great experience with the food and ambiance. Sad to see it closing. Can’t wait for the renovations!

   We went to celebrate our anniversary. Our waiter never checked on us for drink refills or on how the food was after it was delivered. He arrived at the end to give us the bill. We had to get another waiter's attention to get refills. We arrived when they opened at 4:00 pm so it was not busy. Very disappointing experience.

   We had resi for 5 people at 4pm. Host tried to squeeze us into a booth. We asked for a different seating arrangement where we weren’t sitting on top of each other. He informs us none are available. 3/4 of restaurant is empty and remains empty our entire meal. Thankfully the manager found us an appropriate 5-top table. Food was mediocre. Servers didn’t have much personality. Poor management and lack of proper hospitality training.

   Honestly I expected more. It was fine. Our waitress was friendly and present. Food was fine, could have been better.

   We celebrated my parents Anniversary and it was such a lovely experience. The food was delicious - the service was spectacular and we had the perfect table for the 8 of us. Clean bathrooms, clean restaurant We recommend 100 times over!

   We had a lovely, leisurely dinner at Harvest days before it closes for renovation and transformation. Service was excellent, as was the food and drinks. The scallop appetizer was especially tasty. We've always enjoyed the farm-to-table and locally sourced ingredients, so we hope that kind of mission and focus is not lost in the transformation.

   I must admit I was very disappointed in the ambience for Christmas. I feel like I really picked the wrong restaurant. For the money that we spent I truly do not feel like it was worth it. Even though the food was good I thought it was very overpriced. I’m new to the area, and I was very disappointed. I have found many restaurants in the area like Railroad Inn ,Tony’s mining company, or cork and cap in Lancaster. I thought I got way more for my money and the ambience was 100 times better. Definitely overpriced for what you get and ambience was horrible.

    Service was fairly inattentive and slow. The portion size for children meals was disappointing considering the price.
