   We had a very good lunch with family. Good ambient. Good service . Good food. Ok price. The only downside is that in lunch they do not have the full menu so there was not steak in the menu. Installations very good. Quiet and charming. Will return .

   The food was amazing. Lobster ravioli, tuna pizzeta, garlic flatbread, everything was amazing!! The service was lovely, a beautiful place to catch up with friends over amazing food and drinks. Beautiful ambience, new location is my favourite so far.

   I wanted to share some feedback following our visit to your restaurant yesterday evening for a 7:15pm reservation, which my family and I were really looking forward to as we were celebrating my brother’s birthday. While we thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the service from the restaurant staff was excellent, I feel it’s important to address a disappointing experience we had with the receptionist upon arrival and departure. I arrived first and greeted the receptionist with a friendly “Hi, how are you?” but was met with complete silence and a prolonged, uncomfortable stare. She did not acknowledge my greeting, nor did she offer any form of welcome or assistance. I eventually had to initiate the conversation by mentioning our reservation, but the interaction remained cold and unwelcoming. Unfortunately, when the rest of my family arrived, they experienced the exact same treatment. The receptionist was again dismissive, silent, and unapproachable — which made all of us feel quite uncomfortable. Upon leaving, there was no farewell or even basic acknowledgment, even when I went to collect my bag from the cloakroom. While everything else about the evening was wonderful, this interaction left a negative impression on what was otherwise a special night. Her demeanor felt deliberately cold and intimidating, which is not what one would expect from a restaurant with such a great reputation. We wanted to share this in the hope that it can be addressed appropriately, as we’d love to return in the future and have a more welcoming experience from start to finish.

   Went for a mother's day dinner with my 2 kids! Excellent selection of food and was very accommodating about my 2 kids sharing 1 of the 3 course menu. First time and will certainly come back x

   Pre booked for Mother’s Day - arrived and seated swiftly - noticed the tables around me the mothers were being presented Jo Malone Mother’s Day gifts. I didn’t say anything but my adult daughter went and asked a waiter what was the situation with the Jo Malone gifts. The waiter said you had to re book (which we had) he said he would speak to his manager - the manager told him there was a tick box for Mother’s Day on the booking form. I had clearly noted it was for Mother’s Day but not ticked a box. Such a shame as it really left a dampener seeing other mothers receiving the gifts.

    Everything was wonderful but as we have found previously, the background music was far too loud Hence other diners speak louder to be heard, which makes the ambient noise even louder. Your sister restaurants THE IVY are restrained so you can hear the other people at your table and don’t have to lip read.
