   No host. No tables. No one greeted us. This should not be on open table. It is not a restaurant. It is a hotel lobby bar. We walked around and left. They need to update their open table.

   We all agreed, this was truly the worst dining experience my kids (16, 18) and I have ever had. 35 mins to get our order taken. Two orders arrived after over an hour of being there but food was lukewarm. Couldn't get staff's attention to request it to be heated up. One meal never arrived! Other minor things - crumbs on the chairs when we sat down, not quaint, items unavailable from menu, part of one order never delivered. Server was nice (and apologetic) but other staff person there (food runner) seemed angry.

   There was one waitress working, and simply could not keep up with the demand the place was almost full. She was doing her best, but the lack of staffing made the service very bad. We had to wait for almost an hour to get our food. All total we were there almost 2 hours to get moderate bar food for a high price. We won’t be going back.

   I was a little hesitant with some of the reviews, but would have to say that Harry's did an amazing job with everything. Will for sure dine there again.

   Upon arrival we were told that Harrys does not take reservations. I told them we reserved through open table and they didn't know what open table was. They had plenty of seating so it wasn't an issue. The food was great. They only had 2 servers on New Years Eve and so the service was a bit slow. The servers were really hustling and very friendly.

   I was expecting more of a steak house feel to this place since it's in a nice hotel....my steak was over cooked but I was comp'd. They should remodel this place for the scaled up prices they charge.

   Was disappointed that the menu on the website was not longer available. They need to FIX that as the menu has changed. Food was pretty good but very pricey for the $$. Server was good based on the fact she was the ONLY one waiting tables in a very crowded/noisy bar. Kudos to her.

    Made a last minute change because we wanted to stay inside the hotel and glad we did. As things turned out our room wasn't ready but we had a reservation for later in the evening, Harry's was able to accommodate us early and we ordered. Drinks were good and fairly priced, the Manhattan was a solid pour and well concocted. For food we went with truffle fries, burrata, strawberry salad and the korean beef tacos. For me the tacos were the only average dish, everything else was excellent and again the prices were decent. For 2 people it was a lot of food and probably could have stretched to 3 or possibly 4. Service was excellent despite the waiter seemingly running the whole place. If I could fix something at Harry's it would be the gin and tonic, the lack of gin selection for a higher end bar is a shame and tonic on a gun has had it's day.
