Harry Ramsden has now opened it’s doors inside the famous Blackpool Tower building Featuring a thoroughly modern take on seaside design, there’s a wide ranging menu of fresh, cooked to order rotisserie and grilled seafood and meat dishes, together with Harry world famous fish and chips and much more. In addition, the new look restaurant includes Gin & Craft Beer bars and a standalone Cocktail Bar for adults as well as Smoothie and Juicing stations, ideal for all ages, from the youngest to the oldest member of the family and everyone in between.

                                                                                                  Our usual place closed! Absolutely awful fish and chips peas lovely! Almost £30 for 2 fish & chips 2 soft drinks. I would certainly never return.

                                                                                                  We was made to wait at the main door for 10 min . Even tho we had booked a table. Without no one at reception. Staff seen us but chose to ignore us. The service was shocking. While having our meal a waitress decided to lean on our seat and get a menu rather than walking around and picking 1 up. The food was normal, we would normally go to a small cafe but decided because of the NAME AND THE REVIEWS that we would go. The small cafe beats here hands down on all aspects of the experience WE WONT BE GOING AGAIN. Speaking to the manager he said that a new chain had bought the restraunts. But was keeping the brand Thats wrong. The mens toilets were a disgrace. 3 unerinals closed. Wee on the floor . The smell. No thank you

                                                                                                  We booked a table via the app for myself my husband and two young daughters for 1.30 we arrived at about 1.15 only to be told they can’t take bookings via the app and there was a 20 minute wait for a table and 40 minute wait for food. The young lady on the desk then explained that they couldn’t turn the app off so it was still taking bookings. So needless to say we left this really is not good enough and needs sorting as I’m sure other people have done the same

                                                                                                  I am in two minds whether to recommend H R or not.... I would probably say go, just to say you’ve been, which is what I did. I wouldn’t go back though. The staff were lovely, service was good, fish and peas were good, but the chips were really horrible...! I was of course disappointed as I was looking forward to a real treat .. 😢

                                                                                                  upon arrival showed the reservation to the service peson and was told a table will be ready ion 10/15 minutes , food would be 30 minutes at least . ordered meals , no tarture sauce supplied with meal or bread as we requested , meal portion was not up to our expectations to say the least very disapointed copmpared to previous visits , would more likely choose a samller more local venue next time
