   Toller Service, sehr schöne Location. Das Essen war gut. Wir hatten das Glück, dass bei unseren Besuch eine super Künstlerin aufgetreten ist.

   The service totally spoiled the visit Restaurant very quiet and it took them half an hour to take my order despite the staff having plenty of time to chat with each other rather than pay attention to the customers Nightmare trying to order more drinks also and clear when it’s quiet the customer is an inconvenience Despite that the food was good and also good value

   Got Seated, waited 20 mins no one came to serve us! had to go back to the front of house to ask for service. She disappeared and again waited. We walked out after 30 mins. Poor, Poor, Poor. I would not recommend this place!

   Unfortunately it was very cold in the restaurant. It was so unpleasant that we didn't even stay for dessert. The food was OK. The place is nice.

   I recently visited Hard Rock Café Warsaw, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The food, particularly the burgers, was absolutely horrible. The buns were dry and even burnt, while the fries tasted like plastic—completely inedible. The burgers looked nothing like the pictures displayed. Instead of being appetizing, they were messy (not Messi!), with ingredients carelessly thrown together. When I politely asked for a replacement, the waitress was extremely rude and dismissive, essentially gaslighting me by claiming this low standard was “normal.” I have dined at Hard Rock Cafés all over the world and have never encountered such rubbish food or service. This was not just below the usual Hard Rock standards; it was the worst dining experience I’ve had anywhere in my life. Save your time and money—this location is a total embarrassment to the Hard Rock brand.
