   After being seated and receiving our food our waitress up and vanished. We were left alone for over two hours before someone noticed we were done with our meal. Glasses empty, dirty table. Totally unacceptable service. The manager didn't notice although she had time to socialize at the bar. I had to get up and flag down the bartender to help us. I would not recommend nor will I return to this location.

   Terrible service. Food was cold and disgusting. Server was rude, unprofessional and condescending.

   My wife & I made a reservation here to enjoy dinner before a Friday night concert across the street. We've eaten at several HRC's around the country, and always had a good-to-great experience. This was probably our least favorite experience of all. The wait for food was too long, despite it not being very busy in there. We had an hour & a half available for dinner, and we were rushed to pay our check & get out of there so we wouldn't be late for the concert. My wife ordered nachos, I ordered fajitas. While both were good in flavor, the nachos came barely luke warm, and the fajitas were flavorful steak on a bed of primarily grilled onions with a few peppers thrown in. If it weren't for the other cold ingredients, the fajitas would've been lousy. Then there was the live music - so bad. The young gentleman with his guitar & amp didn't have a clue about how out of tune he was. Even though he stopped to re-tune 3 or 4 times, he missed the mark every time. My wife & I and our 4 sons are all musicians; she & all of our kids have gigged out in public countless times. We have a big heart & a lot of grace for people (especially young people) who are out there trying to share their music. But, this guy's out-of-tune playing was an annoyance our entire time there. Of all of our dozens of HRC experiences around the country, this was the worst. Disappointing.

   Unfashionable menu and food of average quality. If Rock memorabilia is your draw, go have a beer.

   Food was pretty good, you definitely go to a Hard Rock for the ambience above all. But the staff at this location was WONDERFUL!!! From the hostess, to our waiter, and even other waiters not serving us, everyone was very friendly. They were even able to make my husband's absolute favorite burger, even though it's been off the menu for like five years. Totally made his night!! And it was my birthday, and I received a yummy sundae.

    Wasn't expecting to see what we did compared to other Hard Tock Cafes. Place was small and felt like the corner sports bar
