   Another fantastic experience here. Service exceptional as always. Wonderful atmosphere and the food was perfect.

   Went there with large family after the LONDON MARATHON RUN with my medal etc Was told as a regular customer they sort some food and possible beer for free …after asking was told possible ice cream only Little disappointed GRUCHO RESTUARANT GIVING A FREE STEAK MEAL

   Absolutely brilliant service great atmosphere food was so nice, Went for husbands birthday they came out Sang happy birthday which made it even more perfect Highly recommend going

   I visited Hard Rock with my son for his first visit and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Great venue Great place Will be visiting again this year Thank Dylan great service

   Food was good just the severe was make us feel rush and kept being told miss information. One sever said we can take the glass home we was going to then got shouted out by another server saying we can’t that I think it was so rude when it was the severs mis communication issue. Made myself and my guest uncomfortable.

   I’ve been to about 12 HRC restaurants and, as usual, the food was solid and the staff were great, but unfortunately the ambience was terrible. Let’s be honest, you don’t go to a Hard Rock Cafe for the food, you can get a smash burger anywhere. You go to one of these restaurants for the decor, memorabilia and to listen to rock n roll music. It was a shame, but the Piccadilly branch seems to have lost its way. I was sat on the right side of the restaurant, as you come in, and (aside from a Dire Straits guitar) these are the artists they have on display: Ed Sheeran, Charlie XCX, Nicki Minaj, Rita Ora, Amy Winehouse, Lady Gaga, Robbie Williams, Rihanna, Alisha Dixon, Marcus Mumford, Shakira. Very rock n roll. Not to mention their WiFi password was Lady Gaga. (Why?) I was also there for 2+ hours and subjected to everything but rock music for almost the entire night. I started making a list of what played during our time there and this is what we had to sit and talk over (in order); Avicci Maroon 5 (twice!) Ava Max George Ezra Sia Drake Disclosure Jessie Ware Notorious BIG Gorgon City Chainsmokers David Guetta and Little Mix King Princess Years and Years With the music videos glaring on all the screens around the restaurant, it felt more like a small town Slug and Lettuce on a Friday night. Granted AC/DC and ZZ Top played once each, but come on - if I wanted to listen to the list above I would have gone to G-A-Y.

   Having been my wife and daughters 1st time at hard rock cafe they were absolutely thrilled to have dined there, both loving the memorabilia and as they said, amazing food, this was a surprise for them for the effort they make looking after me as I am a parkinsons disease sufferer and rely on them to help 24/7. Thank you for your excellent service and fine dining, Daren Varley .
