   I’ve been to many Hard Rocks throughout the world & the Dansk Hard Rock doesn’t have the classic feel. Most dining is outside so no music & memorabilia to look at. The staff were great & explained they could only serve Steak well done for some reason but as we ordered a good cut that should have been OK. It was the worst I’ve ever had, dry & gristly, I’m not sure how it was cooked but there was no char. Really disappointing as we love the Hard Rock brand

   Our server was amazing. Our waiter checked up on us every 10 minutes. It was a slow day, so not many people but the music was good and loud enough without being disturbing. The soda machine was broken when we were there, but I doubt it's a common occurrence and we got alternative drinks. The food was good although privey.

   Pretty poor experienced caused by a staff member refusing to supply me with 2 x BBQ dips instead of 1x BBQ and 1x Honey & Mustard Demanding I pay more to swap a dip that costs no more is pretty poor and it’s basically cost you a customer - next time I’ll go to Billy’s when in Gdańsk for American style food

   Lovely service as soon as we walked in the door, lovely servers and food was delicious, they even went above and beyond to give one of our guests a dessert for their birthday. so grateful for the visit and if we return to Gdansk will definitely return, massive thank you to Ewelina for everything :)

   Wspaniałe miejsce! Pyszne jedzenie, cudowna obsługa. Bardzo polecam szczególnie alergikom: kelnerka spytała o ewentualne alergie i upewniła się, żeby wszystko przebiegło jak trzeba. Klimat, muzyka, wszystko nam się podobało. Na pewno będziemy wracać!

    Tried to book for 6 people however could only book 4 & 2 seats. On arrival there were plenty of seats available & we were able to sit together. After ordering we were told 3 of us could not have our choice. There were no ribs, no Messi chicken sandwich & only 1 ribeye left despite 2 of us ordering it. The ribeye was questionable whether it was actually meat. No flavour at all. We asked for vinegar for our fries & the waitress did not know what it was. Half way through the meal we were offered a small cup of pickling vinegar! The vegetables were either pre frozen or pre vacuum packed. Absolutely no flavour. Souvenir glass was advertised on the menu for a milk shake however this was not the case. We have had several meals in Gdansk for our special break including Billy’s restaurant. Their steaks, food & overall customer experience was far superior. We booked the Hard Rock as our last night special meal & it was nothing but very disappointing. For a prime, branded organisation who advertise a top quality experience, we would think twice before going again.
