   We had 4 dishes, the signature Bake Code was good, but the shrimp with glass noodles dish was sub-par. The shrimp used was mushy and definitely not fresh.

   HV has become out go to over YS etc. Food is always good. Excellent variety. Wish items like chili sauce and soy were preset with tea as it is difficult to get once service starts. Our server this visit was excellent. She was on point.

   A good place for large groups. The food wasn't recognizable as Cantonese. Most of the dishes had heavy breading or a sweet thick brown sauce.

   My friends and I were visiting SF for the first time and since its my bday I made dinner reservations here as it was recommended by a friend. I mentioned at my reservations if we could be seated in a table with a view. Sadly it didnt happened. The restaurant was so busy at dinner time. Thankfully we had reservations. The food was good like really good. And the serving was fast too. Unfortunately since the restaurant was so busy and we were seated at the corner, you couldnt really feel the good dinner ambience.

   We were greeted with a smile and seated quickly. The servers were quick and the food came out even quicker. The food was amazing! I would highly recommend.

    It is quite expensive to eat at Harborview. Given the price, I am not at all sure it is justified. Because we thought that this was a quality restaurant, we ordered the beef chow fun (dry one) and it was small and lacked noodles. It was full of onions and vegetables and admittedly a fair amount of beef, but the dish was tasteless and full of fillers. We ordered a steamed fish and that was good, but cost of fish was $60 We ordered the steamed dumpling in soup (good), the vegetarian rice roll (ok), and the sesame mochi ball in ginger soup. The price of all the above was shocking with a 20 percent tip added (not sure the 20 percent was justified as service was just ok.).
