Happy Valley is best known for serving the best Hong Kong style dim sum in Norcross. It isn’t just about the dim sum itself, but also the dim sum cart served at your table method (Yum Cha session) that really screams authenticity. This isn’t offered every day so be sure to call to inquire when it will occur. Happy Valley has the Cantonese Asian cuisine that will make you forget everything you thought you knew about Asian cuisine. With a vast menu it is impossible not to find something you would like to have at Happy Valley. A notable mention is the Mongolian triple, which is the most popular dish offered. It includes beef, chicken and fresh jumbo shrimp in a Mongolian sauce. The bird’s nest seafood delight is another popular option. Desserts are not a common focus in Asian cuisine, but if you must (and have room!) the mango or almond pudding are nice light choices.
