Hand Cut Chophouse is changing the way people eat burgers, steaks and all cuts of meat one meal at a time. We dedicate that every piece of meat we serve has respect for the animal and the land the animal has been raised on. Not a fan of meat? Do not worry...we have plenty of vegetarian dishes available, including many delicious salads. The dining experience at Hand Cut is also dedicated to an elevated level of service and quality. We are a chophouse with fine cut steaks, pork chops, other quality meats, and steak house sides. Between our craft beer program, mixology cocktails and an elevated selection of fine wines Hand Cut will impress even the most polished of cocktail & wine enthusiasts.

The service was slow but friendly. The hamburgers were awful. After the rave reviews we read on line we were expecting a lot better. Very disappointing

Friends of ours took us to dinner for our Anniversary! We wanted to start trying new restaurants well we were not disappointed Food was delicious and the drinks were great! We will definitely be back! Oh and the service was also great!

Read positive reviews and wanted to try and find a place near Arizona falls. Was surprised to see salt and vinegar fries so we had to try it and it was yummy! Wedge salad was good…they served it chopped. Burgers r all a la carte…burgers were tasty and juicy. Nice to have a booth.

Wonderful meal, great service. Server was kind, helpful, quick. Food and drinks were tasty and fresh. Ribeye was literally the best restaurant steak I've ever had. My partner had the bucatini, it was rich and delicious. Thank you for being the best meal of our vacation!

This was probably one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Their outdoor patio seating is next to multiple sidewalks with people walking up and down watching you eat. There was a group of kids that were not dining sitting at a table harassing guests. They then broke glass all over and one of their employees ( a food runner/ table cleaner) obviously knew the kids and thought it was funny. We had listed it was a birthday celebration and they never offered a birthday greeting. The “steak” was thin, dry, and a waste of money. Regretting reading other positive reviews and visiting. Spend your money other places. I never post poor reviews, but I’m trying to save others from the horrible experience.

Server never introduced herself and never offered us refills on our drinks. She seemed to be such in a funk. My daughters pasta was cold and chicken tasted as it came from a frozen bag!
