   We did the Wagyu tasting. It was amazing! Service was friendly and competent.

   We had a reservation for 7 PM. When we arrived on time, we were told that the table was still being prepared. We waited on the chairs by the entrance for nearly 20 minutes before being seated. After placing our order, it took almost 40 minutes before we had our first bite. I was confused as to why it took so long to prepare raw meat that still needed to be grilled, and during that time, no one came to explain or check in with us. You can tell the quality of the meat is good, but the service was very disappointing.

   The best place in oahu hands down, it was well worth the money my daughter loved the interactive part of cooking her own meats

   Beautiful environment, great service. Food is excellent! We ordered the wagyu chef set and supplemented with washu kalbi. We also had the salt salad and garlic fried rice. They make the fried rice table side which is cool and excellent flavor. We will be back for sure!

   Put us on the same section with a big group of party and the people of big party has no sense of respect to other customers feelings about their noisy talking on their work, family, so on.

Regarding the seating arrangement, the guests in question had made separate reservations but requested to be seated near each other, as they were friends or family. We did our best to accommodate their request within our limited seating availability that day. We regret that this led to an unpleasant experience for you.    Very delicious and outstanding service. We realized they do have a happy hour menu when we arrive at 5:15 as reservation. This’s the best Japanese BBQ since we had same experience in Tokyo. Recommend

   Quality of food and service was excellent. All Washu Beef were so fresh and tender. Lucky they start validation at Hyatt Centric. Will come back.

    We had a great time. We’ve only gone to the other location and this was the first time at this location. Food is amazing and the service we received was great. Manager consistently came around to make sure we were doing great, very personable!
