   I did not like that host would not seat is until all of our party was present and the fact that we had to pay in advance before entering in the restaurant, both men and women's restrooms were out of service. The food was good, tons to choose from. The ambiance was nice. I would probably come back but they should really have it on their website to expect to pay upon entry

   Unforgettable! Everything was delicious and customer service was amazing! I've been to several brunches and this was the best so far. We would drive 1 hr to another Cuban restaurant for brunch and that was great as well. I wasn't sure Habana would compare, but surprisingly I liked it better! The ambiance was awesome and very lively! We'll be back again soon!

   My experience left me feeling disappointed. While the variety of food on the menu was impressive, the quality simply did not match the price point. I was expecting a culinary experience that would blow me away, but instead, the dishes were just okay—nothing memorable or particularly appealing. One aspect that was meant to elevate the experience was the complimentary champagne. I was excited about this perk, but unfortunately, it fell flat. I was instructed to take it to our table, but it never arrived, which added to the overall letdown of the experience. In summary, for a restaurant that prides itself on its reputation, the food did not live up to the expectations set by the price and the anticipation surrounding it. I left feeling underwhelmed and wishing for a much more satisfying dining experience. I wouldn't recommend it unless they step up their game.

   Overall everything was good! The website doesn’t mention a 90 minute sit down time so that was news to us when we arrived. The bathrooms also completely shut down while we were there so that was not fun since we had bottomless drinks.

   Reservation was right on time. The etiquette from everyone was second to none & the New Your Steak was amazing. This was the first dining of many to come for us!

   Great experience overall. I was a bit surprised that at a Classy place like this I was charged upfront like a hometown buffet. Also, they shorted themselves by automatically adding 18% gratuity to a party of 4. I would have tipped 20% had I been billed AFTER I ate and had a chance to tip according to the service I received. Seems like management is a bit in a hurry to get paid.

    For a Cuban restaurant. The decor it’s great. Service, music and food not so great. DO NOT REPRESENT cuba. We got charges for items with never received. Over priced for sure.
