   There are no servers at the restaurant. Orders are taken via an app and then brought to your table. The menu was very limited and did not have the item I had gone for. They did have a hostes, who had to juggle multiple tasks. She was very helpful and friendly.

   I treated 5 top clients (with a guest each) - all association convention meeting planners to a game and dinner at this restaurant and the service was unfortunately very poor. I was embarrassed as these clients are considered VIP's of the Marriott Marquis and each of us waited over an hour to get a drink, water and food. Each time we ordered it took at least 30-45 minutes to get served. The orderes delivered were also incorrect. The bartender told me there was only one bartender so they couldn't provide the service that we expected. I also ended up running drinks for my clients because they were just sitting at the bar with no staff to serve them to us. I did not get to eat dinner with my clients because I was too busy trying to help expedite the service at your restaurant. My clients are local to DC and they all said they would not go back. Needless to say, I will not be taking any clients there ever again. I think you should know and hope the service improves because you do have an amazing venue.

   Horrible customer service! We were there for 2.5 hours and only received wings and 2 drinks! Didn’t bother with entrees because others complained they never received there’s! Absolutely horrible!

   Although the food and service in the restaurant was fine, the condition of the restroom was atrocious. The toilet did not flush properly, and the "modern" automatic faucets and soap dispensers did not function. It was barely possible to wash one's hands. Upon my complaining about this situation to one of the managers, he replied that he and others have complained to the owners, Caesar's Sportsbook, many times, but nothing has ever been done to remedy the problems. I will be posting this matter on social media for others to see and react.

   The problem is the food here is like an afterthought to the sports. I had a salad, burger and fries. The salad was cold and stale, like it had been in a fridge for a week. The fries looked good but were flavorless - like they needed more salt. And the burger had too much going on - meat and Mac n cheese and bbq and so much the bottom bread fell apart and desintigrared to a mushy mess. The menu was generally limited, I’d call it ‘corporate sports bar.’ A 2 star experience.

   Sit at the bar and order burgers. There weren’t enough servers to get food in a timely manner.

   Some menu items were unavailable as were some beers. Took forever to receive food and then the food tasted off. Not sure what is happening - last visit during Caps season was much better.

   This is a sports bar. Don’t be confused about that. Service was slow and the waitress said she was tired and apologized. She was not wearing a mask so I hope she wasn’t sick. She apologized about the very wet wine glasses saying they were just out of the dishwasher. She had no clue that someone should have dried them. The wings had a good spice and were just okay. The macaroni and cheese burger was tasty but too messy to eat Fries good. We only went here because we are from Santa Rosa Calif, Guy Fieri’s hometown and we like to watch Diners, Driveins, and Dives. Guy should try his own place and train the staff. We were in DC for a week and this was the very worst restaurant in a city full of excellent restaurants!!

   The restaurant was out of five items listed on their menu: draft beers, soup, chile, roasted chicken and an appetizer we ordered. We will not be back.

    The food was not very good and costly for a burger. Took forever to get our food and even longer to obtain our change from waitress. Not impressed at all. Would not recommend
