Schnitzel

Wiener schnitzel originated in Austria and is classically prepared with Veal, however, other meats like pork and chicken are also used but named differently. We prepare all of our schnitzels in house including butterflying, dipping in a seasoned egg batter, dredged in crisp bread crumbs and prepared the classic Viennese way by shallow frying.
