   We had a reservation at 7:30. We showed up at 7:40. They said they were closing and couldn’t seat us. Why offer seating at 7:30 and 8:00 if you close at 8???

   Thought it would be cute for a wedding brunch spot, instead was more like a Waffle House that served alcohol in a mall...definitely not worth the money

   Terrible experience. They gave us a reservation for 7:45pm and since we arrived everyone was rushing us because they closed at 8pm. It only got worse as we sat down and immediately were asked for order,’again because “we close at 8pm”. We proceeded to quickly order and the rudeness continued . Not to mention that the food was mediocre at best. Very disappointed with the entire experience and the rudeness of our waiter and lack of support from management .

   We waited to be seated in an half empty restaurant. The food was blend, the atmosphere even worst and the service was non existant. Maybe we had high expectations.

   This is a great place! We came back the next night too! They serve a breakfast all day in addition to NOLA classic dishes! Service was friendly and they have a nice outside eating area too. I could see this place getting packed and being a bit loud, but when we were there, it was half full and a lively noise level. We will be back on our next trip!

   Good food in a very comfortable and clean new space. The red beans rice are phenomenal!

    The service was horrible. We sat for 13 minutes before anyone even looked at us. Finally the hostess (the best hostess and the only reason I didn't rate this a 1 over all) hunted down our server and ordered us our beverages. The Gumbo was so-so, lukewarm and the alligator was cold. The Crawfish Benedict was good and so were the mimosas. Our server never came to bus our table as our apps and meals piled up. Finally we moved outside to finish our drinks and that is when the chef came out to say hello, the hostess cheerfully chatted with us and we enjoyed people watching on the patio. That was the best part of the meal!
