A Neighborhood Kitchen with Craveable Fare.

The Chameleon Companies (Wu Chow, Swift’s Attic) is proud to announce Chef Janelle Reynolds will be at the helm of Rosedale Kitchen and Bar, an all-day neighborhood kitchen, slated to open in early June. Reynolds, formerly owner of Chef-at-Large and previously Exec Chef of Bess Bistro, is committed to using seasonal and local produce and is excited to be a part of the team.

Rosedale Kitchen and Bar will be a comfortable relaxed neighborhood restaurant serving an approachable, craveable menu and features a relaxing cocktail lounge where friends can meet for happy hour over craft cocktails or fresh juice bar treats and specialty coffees. Both the adult and kids menus will include healthier items and various gluten free and vegan options along side some comfort food classics.

We did the New Year's Eve Five Course Dinner menu and the food was fantastic. All the courses from the were very unique but very good. Everything was cooked perfectly. My only complaint was the service (which it is busy on New Year's Eve) and sometimes we waited at times 30-45 mins for the next course (which the restaurant realized the issue and gave my wife an extra glass of wine which was nice). Would definitely try Guild again for dinner.

We brought friends here soon after our first time coming. Not all of the dishes were available and the desert wasn’t as amazing, but still one of our favorite restaurants in Austin.

This was an exceptional experience. Our waiter was amazing as was our meal and drinks. He surprised us with the cardamom pavlova desert which blew us away too. We loved this location and hope in downtown it’s doesn’t get crammed or too loud.

Guild was delicious. We sat at a cozy corner table for two. We started with oysters. They have a nice selection. For dinner we had the halibut and scallops. The dishes had so many different yummy components that came together in a great way. The service was solid too! We will definitely be back!
