   We took guests to Guadalajara. They loved it as much as we do! The salsa is the best!! All of our entrees were delicious! The margaritas are the best!!!

   Never disappointed with food and service. Serves regional dishes typically only experienced when in Mexico.

   This is our favorite Mexican restaurant. It never disappoints. We especially like the fresh salsa made to your preferences right at your table.

   Friday night. Very busy but our party of 8 was seated within 10 minutes of our reservation. Food was very good. Awesome menu options and good portions. Table side made salsa was excellent. Will be back!

   The service for our party of 11 was excellent. The food and presentation were exceptional. Highly recommend!

   We have usually had a good experience at this Guadalajara Grill- until the other night. We took family who were visiting from out of town and had miserable service and cold food. Our server was disinterested from the start. It seemed like taking care of our table of 8 was something she did not want to do that evening. When the food started coming out only three of us were served by a back waiter. About 10 minutes later, our server came to check and asked if we wanted another round of drinks- not even noticing that 5 of us had not been served yet. When we told her we did not want a drink but would rather have our food, she disappeared for another five minutes and then brought 5 dinners to us - all lukewarm or cold. The chicken mole and halibut were like rubber. These last 5 meals had obviously been sitting somewhere for a long time. To top it off, our table of 8 had a required gratuity added to the bill. With so many amazing Mexican restaurants in Tucson, it will be a long time before we try Guadalajara Grill again.

   Pretty much regulars here. The three stars are normally fives. Seems like this particular night they were having some issues in the kitchen. Miguel, the manager was very apologetic. As we explained to him, we felt it was just an off night! We would be back and continue to patronize Guadalajara Grill!

    We have loved this restaurant for years, but took out-of-town visitors to it this time. They raved about it for days afterwards.
