   I’ve had better service at Applebees on a busy Friday night. Drinks took 30min to receive while there were only 5 tables in the restaurant and our server was taking care of us and only one other table (we had a 5:30 reservation). Apparently, attacking a plate of food in the back, but still visible to patrons, was more important than taking care of tables and giving good service. I chose this place for the view and reviews to treat friends visiting Austin from another state. So incredibly disappointed with our experience.

   Service was great I forgot our servers name, but he was very sweet and explained everything on the menu for us. The scenery of both the hotel and Rushmore were gorgeous .The drinks ( I had the spicy mango margarita) were great and well made .The food however, was underwhelming and lacked flavor.

   This was my first time at Group Therapy at Hotel Zaza. Jt was my birthday as well. I had the best time and so did my friends!! I will definitely be back. Great service as well. 10/10 recommend.

   Food was delicious. Portions large. Service was good overall. Server was nice and helpful, but seemed to lose track of us for a bit. Nicely designed, comfortable setting, but a little loud/echo when busy

   The restaurant has a very cool vibe and the food was quite good but it is WAYYYYYY too loud - you cannot have a conversation (we were seated inside). The male host was also rude or having a bad day and taking it out on customers.

   What a precious jewel of a spot! Went there for my daughter’s bday, and the ambience was as delicious as the food! I cannot recommend highly enough!

   It’s so easy if you’re staying at the ZaZa to wonder into this place and get a good meal and service! Good wine the selection even BTG! We had a mix of appetizers and they were all good! The lamb appetizer and the feta appetizer were really good!

    We LOVED the food! The pork bao buns, the tuna poke bowl and the shrimp ceaser salad were to die. for. However, the prices were a bit… ridiculous. We had a $120 bill for those with 2 Michelobs. Worth the price? Eh. Ambiance though sitting poolfront during golden hour? Very worth it! Service was great too! Very attentive and kind. Would definitely recommend, but just know that the prices are higher than average because it’s a hotel restaurant. I give it 4.5/5!
