   Easter Sunday was a beautiful day and even with a reservation we packed our patience. However, we had to really push to be seated and once seated we were informed that the prices on the menu were wrong and everything has gone up. Our drink orders were significantly delayed and we were told “it’s the bartender’s birthday and she’s drunk”. We canceled the drinks. Almost 40 minutes later, our food arrived and we were not given any utensils so another 10 minutes passed before we saw someone and asked only to be given plastic utensils. At this point, we just left. The food was ok but the service was unacceptable and the music was extremely too loud. We will not return.

   Honestly i was very disappointed because I’ve been here several times. I had a reservation for 1:30 and wasn’t able to sit down until past 2:00 and i counted at least 7 empty tables just being empty for a good 20 minutes and they wanted us to sit outside in the heat instead. I finally got fed up and asked will we be sitting down anytime soon and that’s when they finally decided to seat us. I feel like if i would have never asked i would have been standing there even longer. When we finally sat down i ordered REGULAR CHICKEN AND WAFFLES as i have before i let the bartender know i do not like the red velvet and still got the red velvet waffles anyway and had to wait for another plate of waffles by the time those came out now my chicken wasn’t hot anymore just warm but i was so hungry that i didn’t even bother to ask for new chicken like i said i have been there before and always had a great experience i have no idea what was going on that day

   Went for Easter Sunday Brunch. Never again. The music was so loud, the servers couldn’t hear us, and we couldn’t hear them or ourselves. The service was slow - our food came and it took five minutes of us asking multiple people for someone to bring us silverware. The food was really good, but if you’re looking for an after church brunch spot to take your parents and grandparents - this isn’t it. I’d consider coming back with the girlies on a Saturday since that’s the vibe here.

   You would expect a restaurant with the name Gritz to serve amazing grits. And in this case, they did not disappoint! Delicious.

   Food was excellent. Took my girl a lil minute to get to our table but once we connected she was pretty dope .. they get a 10/10 with me

   The restaurant was extremely cold. The service was low budget at best. I expected more, however the food took 1 hour to come out. My eggs were hard and cold when they came out. My husbands food had to be sent back. They appeared to be very short staffed. I would not recommend this location.

   We booked a reservation for six (6) on Saturday 12/21/2024. We had a great experience! The waitress Brea and the entire staff was friendly and very professional! Everyone enjoyed their food and we will definitely recommend this restaurant to family, friends and strangers! We had the seafood omelette, turkey omelette, salmon croquettes, potatoes, grits, biscuits, red velvet waffles with fried chicken and pitchers of cranberry mimosas. ALL of the food was seasoned and cooked to perfection! The ambience was great and we will definitely be back.
