   The service was great. I really liked the mood and design of the seating area. The menu provided our party of four all options. Thank you for a great dinner.

   Thank you to the management team at Grey’s for covering the drinks for my wife’s birthday. Our server, Georgia, was amazing. She was always there to answer our questions and provided overall exceptional service. Your team at Grey’s is as good as Med. We always have a great time at any of your restaurants. Cheers!

   With the low ceiling, its extremely loud in there. Food was good, good price. Service needs a bit of tune up still (second day of opening)

   Waiter was great. He was accommodating and the food and cocktails were delicious. Highly recommend.

   The service was great, but both our steak dishes (steak & sushi and the steak sandwich) arrived very cold. My dining companion had to send his back twice to be reheated, I just ate mine as it was. The taste was fine, but everything on my plate felt like it has been refrigerated before it was served. I understand the growing pains of a new restaurant, but hot food shouldn't be an issue.

   Overall not bad but not great, maybe because they have just opened. Maybe good for families with no very high expectations as the atmosphere and service are good and friendly. The food was average, because they want to please to every mouth. Pizza was good, better than Pizza Nerds and other American pizza: the recipe is American and the dough is Italian style, so it would not shook a European mouth nor an American. I would have preferred it less sweet but it was fine by me. Cocktail shrimps were outrageously expensive for what is was and seemed defrosted. The curry shrimps were good, well presented, enough quantity. I found the drinks menu is little too paltry, but I understand that. The level of music could be a little louder, it would disturb anyone. Lighting system is to be improved but the framework is already outstanding: we liked the intimacy lighting, a little bit too dimmed, the furniture and decor adds it to the charm of the place. I liked the black and white pictures, even if some bigger pictures to attract the eye from centre tables would be a plus. I like the reception just in front of the entrance (we will think of you staff during harsh winters :) and we appreciated the warm reception. We were not offered to be relieved from our winter coats, there should be a locker. The end of meal was a bit too transactional. Wishing the team the best for their future - CLL
