   Was not happy with service, extremely slow. Sat us right down for our reservation and then didnt see a waiter/waitress for an hour.

   I’d give it NO STARS if possible. Our waitress was great but she did tell us there were two new kids cooking. We sent ALL of our food back, even the dessert was freezer burned. It was our anniversary dinner & it was ruined, just awful. The food had no flavor. We cook meals at home better then this.

   Not good on multiple levels, service... food... wine. Service very slow and not friendly. Cheese plate dropped off without explanation of what was included on the plater. Salads served without salad dressing... We've experienced many wineries in many different areas around the state and country. This was our first bad experience at a winery.

   We didn’t have an assigned waiter so the bar tender took our order - he was very nice. We waited what seemed like a long time for the appetizer to come out (over an hour). The bar tender was very gracious tho. Food was very good and the wine was excellent. We wished we could have sat outside on the patio- and was hoping for live entertainment- but that didn’t happen. Maybe we will try another night.

   I would recommend it maybe to a small party, for patio seating, but we found the service inside to be extremely slow and disjointed. Meals were not served all together, and it took nearly 30 minutes to get our drinks and appetizer (charcouterie board). Having said that, the wait staff, while inexperienced, could not have been kinder or more helpful. They tried very hard, but maybe need a bit more training. For example, we had ordered a bottle of wine, and the server filled the glasses almost to top. Overall though we like the restaurant.

   When we arrived there was no one there to greet us so we walked into the bar area sat at the bar and there was no bartender there. They seem to be understaffed the bartender seem to be doing two people‘s jobs . When I use the bathroom there wasn’t any toilet paper in two out of the three stalls and it took forever for someone to restock it and the trash was overflowing. It was only 1 hr after they opened. It took forever to get our food delivered, our poor waitress kept apologizing.

    Our waitress was not up to date on the menu or the cocktail changes. My salad had no dressing, they were out of turkey at 2pm on a Saturday, and the service was sub par. We were disappointed and will likely not return
