   Great food and service, staff were nice and attentive, we also took our dog - we did let staff know during the booking and there were no issues, lovely hotel

   Greenhead Hotel is "Boutique" and its prices reflect that. Food is good as is service but beware of the prices. Bar price list is incorrect as a 0% Peroni listed as £4.50 for 330ml is charged at £6.55!! Explanation - the owners haven't updated the price lists yet!

   The food was very good and we changed our seating to the bar area which had all the ambiance we wanted. The ‘restaurant’ seating area is in the back and lacks character. Our service was friendly but a bit unattentive as we had to clear our own table for one meal and needed to go to the bar to request drinks. It was Easter weekend so maybe they were understaffed.

   Delicious Sunday lunch. So nice to have different starter options. Thought and flair put into the menu. Melt in mouth beef. Fabulous service, polite attentive staff. You will not be disappointed

   We really enjoyed our visit. The food and service were excellent. We did find it too noisy and would ask for a different table next time.

   Food was amazing but dampness the tone with the obscene service charge added on at the end. Arrive was good but not to warrant that. It is optional but just makes it awkward especially when the poor staff have to tell you as well clearly they are embarrassed by it. Overall great night though food is always great

   The service was prompt and courteous, the food was excellent and I particularly likes that you had (though didn't highlight the fact) that there was an option for diabetics. Many thanks Michael Hall

   Excellent mother’s day sunday lunch, the food was cooked perfectly, the staff where impeccable, and most of all; the desert was scrumptious. This is the most best for value and delicious meal I’ve ever had, cannot recommend enough!

    Mother's day Sunday lunch @the Greenhead hotel was one to remember. From start to finish, from the souffle to the lemons posset and the roast lamb in between, everything was faultless. Brilliant service, food served in a timely manner on a very busy day, certainly one of the best restaurants in the region. Well done team Greenhead, looking forward to our next lunch with you 👍
