If you want bad customer service, overpriced food and miniature portions, then by all means, order take out from this place!
We ordered food a day after the gay parade, which probably explains why they had run out of rice and probably meat for the meatballs, whenever we went to pick up our oder, a blonde lady told us it wasn't ready and that we would have to wait for 15 more minutes, not a big deal for us, we wandered around the still ongoing parade and came back. We still had to wait but they gave us some water, and sat us at a table. Great! after 5/10 minutes more the food came. We started counting everything -it was a big order for like 13 people and we wanted to make sure we had everything- and the same lady told us she had already gone through the order. We thanked her and said we still had orders to go through it and we found the tiniest meatballs- like 1 inch size (not a joke!) there were 5 in a plate and for $11per order, it was ridiculous. We asked her about it and we could clearly tell she was mad, she kept telling us she had already gone through our order and everything was there. But probably she didn't want us to check because then we found that the 5 orders of orzo that we had to swap the rice for, were all in a single container- and that was clearly not 5 orders. We started talking to her about the small size of the meatballs and how 5 orders of orzo could not fit in a container but we could tell she was getting upset and not listening to any complaints we had. We had kids waiting for food and we left but then we were charged over $300 for not enough food and that was the straw that broke the camel's back.
We can understand it had been a busy weekend with the gay parade and all but at least, try having good customer service and don't overprice your tiny portions!
