Great Adirondack Steak and Seafood Brewery and Restaurant in Lake Placid has been family tradition since 1987. We are open 365 days a year and offer amazing steaks, chicken, pasta and fresh seafood dishes for lunch and dinner. If it isn’t fresh, we’re not buying it. Our Live Lobsters are from the Boston Fish Market and our juicy steaks are from local Kilkoyne Farms and are specially cut to our specifications.

I was really looking forward to dinning here as we were visiting all the local brewery's in the area. Dinning area was cramped with tables too close to each other. The food was over priced for what we received. My wife's $40 filet was over cooked and had no flavor. Had a much better meal the night before at the black bear restaurant which was overlooking mirror lake. was also half the price. we each had a craft beer that was good.

We loved it! The bar was great before dinner and dinner was outstanding. Our waiter made great recommendations for food and drinks. He was also outgoing and friendly.

This place is always a favourite when heading to lake placid. Will always recommend to friends and family visiting lake placid! service is always amazing and the food is always great.

The prime rib was very good. The noise level was moderate, a little loud for easy conversation. The wine list was sufficient for selection. The desert menu needs additional selections.

Had a reservation for lunch, but the guy at the door told me the waitstaff was in the weeds and I'd have better luck eating at the bar. This was on ECAC Hockey Championship weekend and they were way understaffed. Food was bland and overpriced. Restaurant is dirty. No lobsters in the lobster pool. Just poorly managed. They should stick to what they know, which is brewing, or hire a competent manager.
