   The food at Graphite has always been amazing! We ate there for brunch and we were not disappointed! If you enjoy mixed drinks, you will enjoy the variety of tasty drinks too!

   Our food was terrific and the service was top notch. The sweet onion toast and calamari were stand outs. My “Detention Bound” cocktail was delicious. They were clearly understaffed behind the bar, so drink service was awkwardly slow. But everything else was spot on.

   We started dinner with the spring onion tart appetizer. Really tasty. For my main entrée, I had the salmon. There was a delightful crust on the outside, and the fish was still moist and tender. The poblano peppers in the accompaniments added just a little bit of heat, which made it a really tasty dish. My husband had the brick chicken, which came with fingerling potatoes. It was scrumptious. We shared crème brûlée for dessert. The sugar crust on the crème brûlée was one of the best we’ve had in a long time. Cocktails were great. Service was good. Nice atmosphere. Recommend a visit.

   The first two times we were there it was great. This third time, not as good. Food came out too fast. Told them I dropped my butter knife and got butter on floor. They never did clean it up. The n cut table the sat next to us stepped in it. The clam were under cooked. Told them and they said they would tell the cook and we never heard any more about it. They took them back and that was it. The other food we ordered was good though. Maybe it was just a bad evening.

   The service is definitely outstanding. Make sure that you get their featured salad with the figs. It's right on! The Detention libation hit the spot with both the name and ingredients.

   Cocktails came 25 minutes after they were ordered. Too long. Ribeye good flavor but chewy. Didn’t seem like high quality beef. Pork chop too had good flavor but was tough. Fingerings and green beans great flavor and texture. Will probably try again.

    Myself and three others visited Graphite for the first time. Our food was very good. We also really enjoyed the drinks especially the carrot cake espresso martini. However, the service and time to get our food was lacking. We waited an hour just for our salads. We had to ask the waiter where our salads were and they forgot to put our order in. They also did not apologize for their error which didn’t sit right with me.
