   Fantastic food and great server but they were short staffed and our server had to help in the kitchen as well as the entire dining room and carry out. Apparently someone called in sick.

   I've always loved this place and their food and prices are unbeatable!! Such a good place with great Mediterranean food. One of my faves 🙂👍

   My friend and I arrived at the correct time. I told the owner / manager? that I had a reservation on Open Table and gave him my name. He said that I didn’t need to make a reservation because they are not busy at 11:30 am. It is a small restaurant- maybe 8 to 10 tables. We dined on Thursday 12-12-19. It is now Saturday afternoon, 12-14-19 and he has not let Open Table know that we were there. I have not received my points for dining. We both ordered soup to start and then entres. There seemed to be one person working? Hard to know. Two other tables arrived. Our food did not come. It took a seemingly long time to get soup. Then, the soup arrived and do did everything else and our order was wrong. It was awkward. He did not offer to fix it. We said ok. It was very tasty, but still. Do not order the chicken vegetable soup. Two pieces of small chicken and a bit oily. I am not impressed.

   When I'm in the mood for a great vegetarian meal, I go to Grape Leaves. Their service is wonderful and the ambience is very relaxing.

   Food was just ok. Chicken Shwarma didn't taste like it should have. VERY sour. Appetizers a bit bland. Waiter was nice.

   Food was delicious. I ordered lamb shank for main course and hummus and falafel as and appetizers. I brought a friend not from area and she wants to order takeout.

   Great local Oak Park restaurant for middle eastern food. The hummus was so smooth and tasty. The fattoush salad was also great.

   We enjoyed our evening at Grape Leave very much. The food and service was excellent. We tried a variety of different dished and found each one to be excellent. Highly recommended for the food and service. We went early evening when there were fewer customers. Tom

   Not much to look at from the street- almost passed by the restaurant. However, once inside Wonderful service and a menu that offered so many items to choose from. Our server was very friendly, made great suggestions, and provided excellent customer service. Great experience and will come back.

    Very authentic. Really felt like in a rustic Mediterranean restaurant in Lebanon. Good portions, good flavor. Remember it is BYOB if you want alcohol
