   The cuisine is wonderful, along with presentation. We chose the Prix fixe. his was our 2nd time to eat there. We ordered cocktails, but the soup came 3 minutes later even before the bread arrived. It would have been nice to have 10 minutes to nibble on the bread with our cocktails. Next time we will order an additional appetizer, separate from the prix fixe, so we aren't so rushed. Had I known we would be hurried, I would have skipped the cocktail. We have noticed in our two visits that the wait staff speaks in the 1st person, plural. For ex, "How are WE tonight" "Would WE like a cocktail" Would we like a glass of wine" "Are we ready for OUR dessert?" It's a bit much. It would have been nice to be addressed "Hope YOU had a nice evening with us." Music if nice, but speakers hang above every other table, and the music is borderline unbearable. We ill be back, but I wish they would get rid of the "WE" lingo. Also, we will never do prix fixe again, and order from the regular menu with appetizer we don't have to gulp our martinis down. The main course came before I had finished mine.

   We love to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary at Grano Arso and are never disappointed. From the moment you are warmly greeted, to the friendly staff and the delicious meals it's always a wonderful dining experience. Nikol, our waitress, always provides exceptional service and ensures are expectations are exceeded.

   i have been going to Grano Aso since they opened. i have the owners seversl times. this is a MUST for anyone who is a foodie, Aaaaamazing

   Dining at Grano Arso was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly accommodating, and every detail was thoughtfully executed. I was especially impressed by the attention to service—like the change of utensils between courses, which added a touch of elegance to the meal. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. A standout spot in Chester that I’d happily return to!

   Celebrated my wife's birthday at Grano Arso and enjoyed one of the best meals we've had anywhere in a long time. We shared a burrata, beet and fig app that was delicious, and we both had the Braised Short Rib main dish. The ribs were shredded and molded, served with potato puree and ramps with English peas and mushrooms. The melt in your mouth ribs were loaded with flavor and so good. We finished with a dark chocolate mousse for dessert that was a match for any we've ever had. Then along with our check came glasses of complementary birthday champagne to top off the evening. And I have to mention that our server, Lauren, was terrific! If I had one small complaint it would be that the $50 corkage fee is a little on the steep side, but all in all the meal was well worth the cost. Grano Arso is now clearly the best restaurant in the River Valley area and one of the best in the entire state.

   I am so happy to have chosen this restaurant for my wedding anniversary dinner. They made it very special; food was excellent and the service was friendly and attentive. Will definitely go back.

    English pea agnolotti was outstanding better than a Michelin stared restaurant in Cortona Italy and one In Alba in Piedmont The menu changes regularly and Joel’s version is always better than we have had anywhere. Many of the offerings are not featured in other restaurant’s in New England. The only other restaurant that is an equal is Nina June in Rockport Maine which consistently wows us with outstanding Italian dishes many served no where else.
