   We always love coming to the Grand Concourse; however, even though we made a reservation, we still needed to wait close to 40 minutes to be seated for the Sunday brunch.

   First time eating here. Having a reservation did not get us seated very quickly - very busy around 1pm for Sunday brunch. We were not seated until 40 mins past our reservation even after we got a text saying our table was ready. About 15 mins after that we were taken to our table. The stations seemed a little understaffed but lines weren’t too long. I enjoyed the options and my meal

   Lots of different foods. Fresh donuts, waffles, and pancake station, omelet station, chocolate fountain, breakfast area with eggs and the works, etc. Nothing for vegans. Service was wonderful.

   The staff and server were accommodating and attentive. The food was good with plenty of options at the brunch. The building provides a great atmosphere.

   The food and service were fine. Looking forward to our next time there. I did tell them that we were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and 2 birthdays when I made the reservation on the app opentable, but no one made any acknowledgment when we were there, maybe I should have said something when we checked in.

   We can't go back until they switch out from peanut oil. Seems silly when there are plenty of alternatives. Warm the mussels. Rest was good and place is awesome.

   Excellent food and service. Beautiful architecture and interior finishes. Jennifer and Tabitha were incredible. We were celebrating my daughter's college graduation. They even sent out delicious bananas foster creme brulee with Congratulations Graduate written on the plate in chocolate. It was a wonderful dining experience. We will be back again.

   Unfortunately, we had a rough experience at Grand Concourse. We are from out of town, and I was excited to spend an evening here celebrating my partner’s 30th birthday. We arrive 5 minutes prior to our reservation time, and wait for 30 more minutes after that. I approached the hostess and asked for an update—as it is appearing that the reservation didn’t matter. They asked multiple other guests to sit in the bar as they had overbooked and were not turning any tables away. The hostess immediately goes to seat us, and seats us at a dirty table. We wait for the table to be bussed, and a waitress pushes my partner out of the aisle. Understanding that he shouldn’t have been in the aisle under normal circumstances, but we had no where else to go as we waited for the host to clean our table. We are from out of town and we didn’t know that they were doing an Easter buffet. I asked the hostess if the buffet was the only option, upon which she said “yeah, I thought that was pretty clear”. Perhaps I should have done more research, but this restaurant came highly recommended from local friends, and I wouldn’t have imagined a buffet as the only dining option; nor would I have expected such terrible service. We left and sought dinner elsewhere. This is disappointing since the restaurant is so beautiful inside.

    Our reservations were for Easter dinner 630. Seated within 15 min of arrival. Upon heading to the buffet, we noticed almost all the selections were empty. A worker walked away saying “not again.” Te carving line was almost 30 deep, most likely because there was no food on the buffet. The salads looked like soggy soup because they were drenched in liquid probably for hours. I noticed families were divulging:conquering…. hubby would head to carving line, wife to pasta line and kiddos picking up the sides to eat family style because of the waiting. We’ve done the Sunday breakfast dozens of times, but this was beyond subpar for the money. Every employee complaining, families complaining. Only thing good were the donuts! If you can’t handle the buffet past brunch, the don’t serve it.
