   We had a very enjoyable meal here on New Year’s Eve. Food was excellent as usual and despite being full the service was excellent. They also had a piper to play “Auld Lang Syne”!

   It was disappointing when we arrived that there wasn't a table ready for us. We were offered a table for 4 for the 5 of us which didn't work and they didn't come up with a solution until I actually did and asked for us to move. As we had booked I would have thought they would have the table ready. The service after this was good although strange that it was a different waiter/waitress every time but this wasn't an issue. The food was very tasty (chips could've been cooked for longer as some were still kind of hard) but overall the food was good, everyone enjoyed their meals! I thought maybe when making cocktails they have to use the blender for should be done away from the area people are sitting talking and eating dinner as this was extremely loud. Apart from the small issues we had, we did really enjoy our meal and time in Grace Neills.

   Lovely food except hubby soup was cold someone turned off soup kettle. Othwise the food was exceptional. Staff are so attentive. Lovely local music in bar to make the afternoon enjoyable. Well done

   Great for a large family dinner on Saturday night - everyone from grandkids to nana had something delicious and the ambiance was fun, service was great.

   Disappointed, my chicken strips were cold, had to send back, and was just offered an apology, my friends had almost finished there meal by the time I got mine back.
