   I visited here with my wife and two children, 13 and 11 on a busy Friday night. We were initially served quickly , and our orders were taken promptly . However we waited at least thirty minutes for our food to arrive and when it did , all four of our dishes were cold, and my sons order was wrong. They had obviously been sitting there for a while before being served up to us. We brought this to the attention of the waiting staff who were very apologetic and helpful. They called the manager, a lady named Beatrice, who apologised profusely and offered to help in any way. They took our food away and got us new dishes which all arrived hot and very tasty. Beatrice especially was very helpful and dealt with our complaints in a very professional manner and is a credit to your organisation

   Waited 40 minutes our food. Came out cold and had to remind them twice re drinks order. Staff very poor manner and customer service. I will not eat her again.

   The food here is cooked very well, tasty choice of meals. I commend the chefs for cooking a great, tasty meal and it was presented very well. The staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional. The food was perfect and the ambiance of the restaurant was great. It will make me come back again to eat here.

   My order was incorrect when brought to the table, food was only lukewarm Restaurant was not busy so really no excuse

    Service was a bit slow, and the room was cold. We had to ask to have the heating turned up when we eventually got served. We were an hour waiting between sitting down and getting our meal
