   Excellent food. Each dish was top notch. Pricing is on the higher side though. If you want quality, give Gordon a shot.

   For the price, you’re getting an overall less than impressive experience. As a whole, everything was fine, nothing was spectacular. Food was good, but portions were tinyyyy. Drinks were fine, but presentation could be elevated. Service was good for a “normal” dining experience but didn’t match the cost of fine dining. Food came out before all drinks were served, they didn’t have enough menus for each person (???), and we were waiting on the waiter during multiple occurrences. Also, the setting was way too casual and not elegant…. You’re eating in an open area in the lobby of a casino. I feel if the experience would have been elevated, the food would have shined a bit more. I’m glad we went but I likely wouldn’t go back. At $220 per person, there are far more superior steakhouses in the city to experience a 360 degree fine dining night.

   We sat in the dining room. The food was delicious and was delivered quite quickly. The service was excellent. Our waitress, Lisa Marie, was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu as were all of the servers. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

   Service was great & sides were good, steak was below average! Not what I expected for a steakhouse, especially with Gordon Ramsey’s name and Wagyu beef!

   Not a fine dining restaurant. Just an expensive casino restaurant. Food excellent but service ambience and noise level took away from experience

   Came for our 18 year anniversary and was such a special experience. Food was delicious as to be expected from a restaurant of Gordon Ramsey caliber. Can not wait to go again!

   Amazing service from start to finish and the food was very impressive. Thank you for making our 29th anniversary so memorable . Totally surpassed our expectations!!

    With limited restaurant choices in Richmond we found this restaurant to be very enjoyable. We had to ask for another table as they did the typical restaurant thing and placed us in the corner at the kitchen door. Once we moved tables we had a nice experience and really enjoyed the food. We had the beef Wellington for 4 of us, it says it’s for 2 but the portions is good for 4. This allowed to order the beef tartare, tuna tartare, crab cake and mushroom risotto which was to die for. The service was good, attentive, but they did lack a polish that you would find at other fine dining restaurants, I believe it was due to inexperience but overall it was delicious food , great atmosphere and good service. I’m giving 5 stars because the efforts were sincere and we left happy.
