   Gonzalo and the Princess was fantastic. I had heard about it from a friend and wanted to try it out. My boyfriend and I went for a date on a Friday night, and while the restaurant was full with other patrons, there was no lapse in service. Our server, Anahi, was wonderful, very attentive, very knowledgeable. She gave great recommendations like their Conchita Pibil cocktail- which is a must try by the way- and she was just a delight. Our water glasses remained filled throughout dinner, we never even had to ask. The drinks were great, the food was lovely. I had the tenderloin salad and the meat was tender and well-seasoned. My boyfriend enjoyed his Matcha burger; I also had a bite and thought it was delicious, but we were expecting it to have more matcha flavour, which we didn’t really taste at all, and it had too much bacon for us. But that’s just our personal opinion. It was delicious, and great for someone who just wants a great burger. We had the Princess Rose Ice Cream for dessert, and it was lovely. The vanilla ice-cream was creamy but full bodied, and the accompanying rose water gave it a delicate floral note without being overpowering. It was advertised as having edible flowers, ours didn’t come with any so I missed that part of the presentation, but that’s just a minor detail. With that said, we had a 10/10 experience, I will definitely be back, and tell everyone I know!

   The only restaurant on the island that I went to twice…the food was spectacular and the service was outstanding. The setting is really something to see as well built around a cultural story.

   Enjoyed the pear martini, croquettes and grouper. Service and ambiance were excellent.

   Food was fantastic and the service was exceptional. Only negative was my wife ordered the lobster risotto which they were out of so she got the shrimp risotto but we were still charged for the lobster risotto.

   The service and food were outstanding - one of the best meals we've had on the island. The service was as fast or slow as we wanted it to be with attentive staff and special touches like warm towels. There were not many guests - this is a fairly new establishment - but we hope people find this hidden gem so that it can be successful and one more lovely place to eat on this beautiful island.

   Really great service from Anahi and she even brought the chef out to talk to us. They are so accommodating and close to Alia Hotel- 2 min walk

   Our second time there and it did not disappoint. From the moment we were greeted at the door to leaving when they also opened the door, everything was wonderful. The steaks were tender and very flavorful. The service and the ambiance again were excellent. Plan on a long leisurely dinner as it can take a while between courses. Still one the best places to dine in San Pedro. Living on the island for long periods of time it is always a treat to find a place that doesn't serve rice and beans!

   Best service on the island. Great food. Locally owned which makes it feel Like you are supporting the community and not another hotel chain

    This was our second time dining there. Our 1st time was absolutely fantastic and 5 stars in every category. This time was disappointing. The service and ambience were excellent but all the food was very over cooked. We asked for the steak to be rare and it was almost completely well done with no pink at all. The grouper was way overcooked and dried out. The snapper was half the size of what I got the 1st time and it was burnt. I don’t think we will be going there again.
