Goldfinch Tavern is a collaboration between Ethan Stowell and Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. Named for the state bird of Washington, the American Goldfinch.

The upscale tavern pays homage to the city’s pioneer days, when taverns catered to lumberjacks and sailors alike, providing a place for travelers and locals to both socialize and conduct business, all while enjoying drinks and food.

    Went for the Easter Brunch which was overall a positive experience but my prime rib was way overcooked. Had to send it back. Service was not what you expect at Four Seasons

    We had Sunday brunch. The granola, burrata and oysters were delicious appetizers. The crab cake entree was amazing! The dessert selections were also amazing! We were very happy with our experience!

    Very elegant, professional and efficient, warm service. Food was delicious except the Caesar salad. The dressing didn’t have the tangy lemon that we expected. It was a generous portion , though. The burger was delicious, as was the chowder. My fellow diners raved about the fresh Hama Hama oysters (our favorite Oyster farm!
